Standard treats require 3–5 days notice. For custom tiered cakes and intricate designs, please book at least 2–4 weeks in advance.
Online shop orders require full payment at checkout. Custom projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before pickup.
Inquire via our form, receive a bespoke quote within 48 hours, and confirm your design. Once the deposit is placed, your date is locked in our calendar.
To ensure structural integrity, all orders are local pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time. Pickups must be on the agreed date.
Custom orders are made-to-order. Once ingredients are sourced and work begins, payments are non-refundable. Change requests are subject to availability.
While we take immense pride in our cleanliness and care, please note that Sweets by Abby is a boutique kitchen. We handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. If you have a severe allergy, please let us know during your inquiry so we can discuss the safest options for you.
